1. Agreement
By using R & N Enterprise websites, booking portals, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
R & N Enterprise provides business, technology, travel booking, and money transfer facilitation services across India, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. Quotes and rates are indicative until confirmed in writing.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
4. Bookings & transfers
Submitting a booking or transfer request does not guarantee availability or execution until confirmed by our team. Money transfers are subject to our Money Transfer Legal & Compliance policy, including AML/KYC verification and authorised partner routing. You must provide accurate recipient and payment details. Incorrect details may delay or prevent completion.
5. Fees & payment
Service fees, exchange rates, and payment instructions are communicated at the time of booking. Payment must include your reference number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or third-party processing times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R & N Enterprise (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
