We collect information you provide when requesting quotes, bookings, transfers, or support: name, email, phone, travel details, payment references, and uploaded proof of payment. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and service delivery.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to process bookings and transfers, send confirmations and status updates, comply with financial regulations, improve our services, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis & POPIA
We process personal information to perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests. Where applicable under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Data retention
Booking, transfer, and financial records are retained as required for compliance, dispute resolution, and audit purposes. Marketing enquiries are retained for a reasonable period unless you request deletion.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data only as needed with payment and remittance partners (including authorised networks such as Transfast, Mukuru, and Western Union where used for your corridor), airlines, rail operators, banks, email providers, and technology partners who assist in delivering our services. Partner sharing is limited to what is necessary to execute your transfer and meet legal reporting obligations. All partners are required to handle data securely.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
8. Your rights

9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
