Booking Terms

General
All flight, train, hotel, and travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by R & N Enterprise. Fares quoted are estimates until ticketed or confirmed by the carrier or operator.
Train bookings (IRCTC)
Indian Railways bookings are facilitated on your behalf. Our service fee is non-refundable. If IRCTC refunds ticket fare after eligible cancellation, only the amount returned by IRCTC is passed to you; the booking fee is not refunded.
Flight bookings
Airline fare rules, baggage allowances, and change/cancellation policies apply as set by the carrier. We will communicate applicable rules before you confirm payment.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on supplier rules and our Refund Policy. Processing times vary by corridor and payment method.
