Refund policy

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the sender's corridor.
Overview
This policy applies to money transfers and paid bookings handled by R & N Enterprise. Eligible refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Key points
- Refunds apply only where payment was received and the transfer could not be completed, or where a partner (bank, PayPal, Mukuru, EcoCash, etc.) returns funds to us.
- Our service and booking fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
- Crypto (USDT) refunds are sent to the wallet address you provide. Verify the address and network carefully.
- You will see refund status updates here as your case moves through review, approval, and payout.
